CIA graduate Chef Gregory Goldberg is excited to present his culinary vision to you. He has always been fascinated by crossing culinary boundaries whether by technique, ingredients, or both. Out of this idea the concept of being uninhibited was born. In other words, the genre of this restaurant is that there is no genre and no boundaries. We source our fresh ingredients from local farmers’ markets whenever possible. We refuse to compromise on quality and it shows as we were named one of the best restaurants in Raleigh for 2019.
